We are looking to grow the team in Melbourne managing the Southeast and Eastern corner, with individuals who have a can-do attitude, can build outstanding relationships and has the desire to lead and engage their team to deliver exceptional service and productivity to our customer.

What is the role?

The key responsibility of this role is to provide support and assistance to the Operations Manager by facilitating and ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the crews and equipment. You will rotate throughout the day between duties such as:

• Commitment to Safety, Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Leadership and guidance of small teams
• Conducting hazard assessments
• Reporting and compliance
• Coordinating schedules and plans
• Inspire and incentivise high performing teams
• Ability to train and educate developing team members
• Planning and conducting toolbox meetings
• Vehicle and equipment inspections
• Accurate recording of completed team tasks and overall crew performance

Do you have?

• A current drivers’ licence
• Industry experience and/or qualifications Cert III – V in Arboriculture
• Operation of Chainsaw Level 1 and/or 2
• The ability to work safely
• ESI Cert II

Great, but not essential:

• White card
• First aid/CPR
• MR/HR Truck Licence
