We are seeking a proven leader with outstanding relationship and communication skills to join our Queensland management team. The ideal candidate will lead and engage regional teams to deliver exceptional service and productivity, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, workplace morale, and achieving results.

The Role

In this role, you will manage and maximize the day-to-day operations of crews, oversee vegetation programs for clients and ensure compliance with stringent safety standards and company policies.

You will enforce and demonstrate a high level of safety focus, investigate new business opportunities while meeting current customer expectations, ensure the maintenance of plant and equipment, and manage multiple field teams. The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong relationship and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and workplace morale.

What we need for you: -

• A current and unrestricted drivers’ licence
• Minimum certificate III in Arboriculture or Horticulture highly desirable
• Five (5) years experience in a similar role
• Business or Management related qualifications highly desirable
• Experience in contract management through service contracts of facilities management
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power-point and Outlook)
• Ability to travel for short periods at time
