The Role:

Love working outdoors? Join our team based in Waterloo and spend your days in some of Sydney’s most iconic parks and vibrant streetscapes. As a Labourer on our long-term City of Sydney contract, you’ll help maintain the green heart of the city - surrounded by stunning landscapes, heritage trees, and world-famous views.

Every day is different - you’ll rotate through tasks such as maintaining tree bases along footpaths, installing tree guards, supporting new plantings, and assisting with civil works and fleet movements. Full training is provided, and you’ll be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and pride in keeping Sydney beautiful.

What we need from you:

• A current drivers’ licence
• White card
• MR/HR Truck Licence
• Willingness to be trained and obtain industry certifications
• Great communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Great, but not essential:

• First aid/CPR
• Civil Works experience with concrete and/or asphalt (highly regarded)
