The Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, organized team player to join our administrative team in a full-time, fixed-term role for 9 months, with the potential for extension. This is an on-site position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

We are seeking someone available to start in early August to temporarily fill a position covering a maternity leave.

This role offers you the opportunity to commence or grow your administrative career, in a family run business. You will join a collaborative and supportive administrative team based in Bayswater, Victoria. Our close-knit team of six administrators support our operations by completing a range of tasks including but not limited to:

• Data Entry
• Job loading
• Client billing 
• Processing Invoices 
• Ordering Supplies
• Receiving office deliveries 
• Answering Office phones
• Other Ad-Hoc Admin Tasks

Do you have?

• Previously used Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn new things (including new computer systems).  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.  
• Ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life.  
• A Team player who is eager to learn.
