We’re growing our Hobart team and are looking for an experienced Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Machine Operator or Climber and ready to take the next step in their career. This role combines hands-on tree work with crew leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools while managing a small, skilled team of three.

Experienced Tree Worker: The key responsibility of this role is to operate an Elevated Work Platform safely and effectively as well as operating other handheld tools to ensure the safe trimming and dismantling of trees. You will rotate throughout the day between duties such as:

• operating the Elevated Work Platform
• safety observing
• chainsaw operation
• conducting risk assessments and maintenance checks
• Leading and mentoring your crew on-site

• A current drivers’ licence (truck licence desirable)
