We’re growing our crew and are on the lookout for multiple skilled Operators to join our team servicing the Gawler, Kapunda, Birdwood, Barossa and surrounding areas.

What your day looks like

Reporting to the Supervisor, you’ll be part of a tight-knit crew maintaining vegetation around powerlines using specialised equipment.

You’ll rotate across a variety of hands-on tasks, including:

• Operating a variety of machinery including hedgers, EWP and tractors
• Performing pre-starts and maintenance checks
• Setting up safe drop zones and exclusion zones
• Supporting with chainsaw operation and ground crew tasks
• Acting as a safety observer
• Conducting risk assessments on-site

You’ll typically travel up to an hour to job sites, with opportunities to work away from home.

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work, takes safety seriously, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the team.

Essential:

• Current driver’s licence
• Strong commitment to safety
• Willingness to work away from home when required

Nice to have (but not essential):

• White Card
• First Aid / CPR
• MR/HR Truck Licence (highly regarded)
• Chainsaw qualifications (Level 1 & 2) (highly regarded)
• Cert II ESI Powerline Vegetation Control or Cert III Arboriculture/Horticulture (highly regarded)
