Are you an experienced EWP Operator looking for a rewarding role in a growing industry? Join our dedicated vegetation management team and play a vital part in maintaining safe electrical networks across Victoria.

We are looking to grow the team in Wodonga and Myrtleford area and surrounds with individuals who have a can-do attitude. We offer secure permanent roles, well above award rates with plenty of opportunity for career development.

What is the role? 

Key responsibility of this role is to assist in the maintenance of vegetation near electrical lines this included pruning, removing and clearing debris from worksites through the safe operation of both the EWP and chipper units. You will rotate throughout the day between duties such as:

• EWP operation to trim and remove vegetation in compliance with electrical clearance regulations
• Act as a Safety Observer
• Site Clean up clearing and chipping vegetation 
• Ground line cutting and tree removals
• Work closely supervisor and crews to ensure efficient, safe job execution

This is hands-on, physical work in a team that supports each other and values a strong safety culture.

What you will need:

• ESI cert II (highly desirable)
• White Card 
• Chainsaw ticket
• MR or HR Truck License (or ability to obtain in first 6 moths)
• Cert II or III in Arboriculture (preferred)
• Willingness to travel and live away from home for up to 2 weeks required
• Previous tree work experience (highly regarded)
