We are looking to grow the team in Waterloo, Sydney with individuals who have a can-do attitude. Do you enjoy physical work? Have a willingness to learn? and thrive working outdoors? We might have the role for you!

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Labourer who enjoys working outdoors and is safety conscious to join our crews based out of Waterloo, Sydney. This role has job security and will work on a long-term contract of Active’s, covering Sydney City and surrounding suburbs.

You will rotate throughout the day between duties such as assisting with the efficient and safe maintenance of tree base surfaces in footpaths, installing tree guards for new and existing tree plantings, adhoc civil works and supporting our crews with fleet movements. All training will be provided.

What we need from you:

• A current drivers’ licence
• White card
• MR/HR Truck Licence
• Willingness to be trained and obtain industry certifications

• Great communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Great, but not essential:

• First aid/CPR
• Civil Works experience with concrete and/or asphalt (highly regarded)
