We’re growing our team in Launceston and surrounding areas and are looking for motivated people with a can‑do attitude. If you enjoy physical outdoor work, want to learn new skills, or already bring industry experience - we want to hear from you!

Entry Level Tree Worker: Start your career with full training, great mentors and a supportive team. Safely chip and remove debris from worksites using the tip‑truck and chipper unit, while rotating through duties such as:

  • Chipping vegetation
  • Setting up a safe worksite
  • Site clean-up & Safety observing
  • Ground cutting using a chainsaw

Experienced Tree Worker: Already have the skills? Bring your experience to a role that recognises and values your expertise. You’ll be operating an EWP and handheld tools to carry out safe, skilled tree trimming and dismantling. You’ll rotate through:

  • Pre‑start and maintenance checks
  • Operating an Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
  • Safety observing
  • Advanced chainsaw operation
  • Conducting risk assessments

Do you have?

  • A current drivers’ licence (essential)
  • MR/HR Truck licence (highly regarded) must be obtained within the first three months of employment
  • An Elevated Work Platform licence (highly regarded)
  • Chainsaw operation qualification (Certificate Level 1 & 2) is desirable
  • The ability to work safely
  • The flexibility to Live Away from Home for up to 2 weeks at a time

Great, but not essential:

  • White card
  • First aid/CPR
