We’re looking for a commercially astute, detail-driven Commercial Analyst to join our team in Waterloo. This is a hybrid role offering real scope to influence decision making, partner with leaders across the business, and make your mark in an evolving environment.

About the Role

This is an internal, customer-facing position where you’ll act as a true business partner. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across operations and leadership, providing accurate, insightful analysis that supports better commercial outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to think beyond the numbers – identifying trends, challenging assumptions, and adding value in ways that shape strategy and performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Commercial Analyst or similar finance role
  • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
  • Strong finance background with demonstrated business partnering experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with large, complex data sets
  • Proven stakeholder management capability
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • Power BI experience (highly regarded)

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering accurate and timely financial and commercial reporting
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide insight and challenge
  • Analysing trends, performance metrics, and business drivers
  • Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes
  • Developing dashboards and reporting tools
  • Identifying opportunities to improve performance and commercial outcomes
