We’re growing our Commercial Arboriculture crew across Melbourne and surrounding areas, and we’re on the lookout for experienced Tree Workers who want challenging, rewarding work in the great outdoors.

What is the role?

This is a hands-on, physically demanding outdoor role for an experienced Tree Worker who thrives on practical, varied commercial arboriculture work.

You’ll be part of a skilled, supportive crew delivering tree trimming, dismantling services across a range of commercial sites. Every day is different - new locations, new challenges, and real satisfaction seeing the results of your work.

Using a range of handheld and pole‑mounted equipment, you’ll play a key role in completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll rotate through a range of tasks throughout the day, including:

• Pre-starts and equipment maintenance checks
• Manual tree pruning and dismantling
• Chainsaw operation (handheld and pole-mounted)
• Tree climbing operations
• Ground crew support and site set-up
• Identifying hazards and contributing to on-site risk assessments
• Loading, unloading and working around trucks and machinery

Do you have?

• A current driver’s licence (essential)
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in arboriculture, vegetation management or agriculture
• A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to Live Away from Home for up to 2 weeks when required

Great, but not essential:

• White card/First aid/CPR
• Chainsaw qualifications (Cert Level 1 & 2 desirable)
• Cert 3 in Arboriculture
• Cert 2 ESI (Electrical Supply Industry)
• Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card
• Excavator Ticket and/or Skid steer Ticket
• MR/HR Truck licence (highly regarded)
• An Elevated Work Platform licence (highly regarded)
