As our South Australian operations continue to grow, we are looking for a friendly, organised, and experienced Training & Compliance Administrator to support training coordination, compliance records and day-to-day administration across our business units.

Based just 15 mins from the Adelaide CBD in our Edwardstown office, this role will primarily focus on the coordination of new starter inductions as well as training and compliance record management across our workforce to ensure we remain compliant across our existing contracts. 

In addition, this role will be the first point-of-contact for varied customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate new starter inductions and training administration across the workforce
  • Own and manage training records and compliance requirements
  • Track and monitor employee training, licences, and certifications
  • Proactively follow up with employees and operations to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain and improve tracking systems (Excel-based, including automation where possible)
  • Provide general administrative support, including:
    • Answering phones
    • Assisting with quotes and job coordination
    • Data entry
    • Ordering equipment and stationery
    • Maintaining insurance documentation

About you:

We’re looking for someone with strong administration experience who enjoys structure, follow-up and keeping information accurate. You’ll be confident using Excel to track records and reporting, comfortable communicating with employees and managers, and able to prioritise competing tasks in a busy operational environment.

You will bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, blue-collar or operational environment
  • Experience in training administration, compliance administration or a similar role
  • Strong Excel capability, including tracking, reporting and maintaining registers
  • A confident and proactive communication style, with strong customer service skills and a professional, helpful manner
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to keep records accurate, prioritise deadlines and take ownership of key responsibilities
