Our company is growing and we are looking for highly a skilled supervisor to oversee our teams in the field within our Victorian Council contracts.

This is a role for a leader who is equally committed to safety, workplace morale and achieving results. You will be responsible for planning, delegating and coordinating the smooth and effective day to day operation of the Active Tree Services team and provide support, communication and employee development within our council contracts within Victoria. You will be a team player and a people-person who takes challenges in their stride.
This is a position that offers industry and employment security. The role is full-time, with career advancement opportunities available.

- Committed to working safely, adhering to all OH&S regulation and awareness of safe operating procedures
- Outstanding communication and organisation skills
- Strong eye for detail and the ability to problem solve.
- Solid leadership qualities.
- Industry experience in Horticulture or Arboriculture - Highly desirable.
- Unrestricted MR Truck Licence
- Proven ability to train and mentor staff.
- Ability to see potential issues and be proactive in decisions.
